Vice President of Libertalia

Ryan O'Neal is a Libertalia Ground Self-Defense Force Lieutenant General who presently serves concurrently as the Chief Marshal Commander of the Libertalia Self-Defense Force and Secretary of Defense of Libertalia.
He has served as Vice President of Libertalia in an acting capacity since 9 July, 2026, following the expulsion of former Vice President Casey Borders through Executive Order 023.
