The Secretary of Records is the top advisor to the Senate, Cabinet, and President on all matters regarding national statistics in Libertalia, managing the National Census and other statistical matters which are used in the other departments of the Cabinet. 

This office is currently vacant, the last Secretary of Records was Secretary Gabriel Sebastian, who held office from 15 February, 2024 to 14 August, 2024, before ascending to the office of Secretary of State.
