The Secretary of Infrastructure is the top advisor to the Senate, Cabinet, and President on all matters regarding Infrastructure within Libertalia, managing construction and maintenance of infrastructure within Libertalian borders, and advising the Senate on matters regarding infrastructural developments and implementation. 

This office is currently vacant, the most recent Secretary of Agriculture was Secretary Guillermo V. W., who served in this position from 16 August, 2024 to12 April, 2026 .
