The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is the highest ranking officer in the entire Libertalian military, this officer, usually the rank of General, is the direct liasion to the President on all matters regarding Libertalia's armed forces, and directly oversees the Chiefs of Staff of all Libertalian military branches.
