The Secretary of State is the chief diplomatic advisor to the President, and acts as head of all diplomatic operations conducted by Libertalia, from assigning ambassadors to other nations, to representing Libertalia to world organizations both within micronations and beyond, this individual is the top of the line when it comes to the Libertalian diplomatic machine.
