Our Government

Libertalia was founded on the basis that one thing must always stand within her borders; democracy. As such, Libertalia prides itself on maintaining a successful, democratically elected government which is ran by the people, for the people.

The Republic of Libertalia is ran by the Senate, a unicameral body made up of elected individuals, Senators, who are elected from throughout the population. The Senate is also made up of high-ranking Senators who run individual Departments (Defense, Agriculture, Education. Etc.), these high-ranking individuals are also members of the President's Cabinet, acting as the senior most advisors to the executive.
