The Master Chief Petty Officer of the Defense Fleet is the highest ranking NCO (Non-Commissioned Officer) in the entire Libertalia Maritime Self-Defense Force, the MCPO-DL is the chief enlisted advisor to the Admiral of the Fleet, and advises the Chief on all LMSDF enlisted matters.
