The Secretary of Resource and Land Management is the top advisor to the Senate, Cabinet, and President on all matters regarding resource and land management in Libertalia, overseeing Libertalian resource gathering regulations, land development, and the allocation of lands to be designated as protected areas, among other responsibilities. 

The current Secretary of Resource and Land Management is Secretary Alaixaiy Braus, who has served in the role since 3 April, 2024.
